Class #3 in the Vegan cooking class series hosted by Holistic Health Counselor and vegan athlete Melissa Binkley. This class will focus on fun and tasty ways to incorporate superfoods into your cooking and how to make green smoothies that will detox your body and leave you feeling great! All recipes are plant-based but you don't have to be a vegetarian or vegan to enjoy these wonderful recipes! Also available for purchase will be pre-packaged meals and treats and protein bars to take with you! Class is $25 per person or $40 per couple.
